Cristin Cavlovic

Operations Manager

Cristin Cavlovic is the Operations Manager for Tayani Institute. Her focus at Tayani Institute is primarily on process improvement, EMR management and clinic operations. Cristin brings a wide breadth of knowledge and experience to Tayani Institute, having spent over 10 years as a leader in healthcare management and business operations.

She chose a career in the medical field after suffering the loss of her first-born child to a fatal disease called Alpers Syndrome. Cristin has a passion for patient care and for providing administrative support to medical providers. Joining Tayani Institute had personal significance for Cristin because her daughter suffered from cortical blindness at 12-months-old. She wants to ensure patients have the best access to quality care having seen firsthand how vision loss affects a patient and their families.

During her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her son and husband of 20 years. You will usually find her on a baseball field on the weekends watching her son play competitive travel ball.
