About Dr. Roubach
Dr. Roubach earned his medical degree from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, where he also completed his ophthalmology residency and served as chief resident. During his training, he completed internships at several hospitals across Iran.
With over 20 years of experience in comprehensive ophthalmology, Dr. Roubach has practiced in both hospital settings and a high-volume private clinic, performing thousands of surgical procedures. He regularly performs cataract and complex cataract surgery, laser procedures for glaucoma and diabetic eye disease, pterygium surgery, and strabismus or eye muscle surgery in both children and adults.
He completed a cornea research fellowship, followed by two years of clinical fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus in the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).
Dr. Roubach is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and specializes in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus. He brings extensive expertise in both medical and surgical eye care to our practice.
