Call Center Representative is responsible for directly engaging customers with pleasant, professional, and timely communication through a variety of channels to ensure the consistent provision of world-class customer service and the promotion of our services. Duties include but not limited to: answering inbound telephone calls from current and prospective patients, placing outbound telephone calls, and researching and resolving issues to ensure patient retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications: Hard Working, Detail oriented, High school diploma minimum, good computer skills, professional appearance and attitude, great customer service skills, a willingness to learn and flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of prior medical experience, EHR knowledge Ophthalmology experience a plus, insurance knowledge beneficial.

Our mission is to provide the highest level of eye, skin and cosmetic surgery care possible. Our focus is in ophthalmology, adult dermatology, family eye care, plastic surgery, and facial cosmetic surgery.
Duties include: history taking and all basic work up elements plus tonometry, diagnostic testing, Rx refills, patient follow-up, opening and closing duties, and pre and post op education.
Qualifications: We prefer applicants with their COA or COT license, who have the ability to perform Advanced Biometry calculations, and are proficient in Nextgen EHR. We require a professional appearance and attitude, strong computer skills, significant detail focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our Center provides a broad array of dermatology, ophthalmology, family eye care, plastic surgery and facial cosmetic surgery at both our med center and accredited ambulatory surgery center to help patient’s look and feel their best.
The Medical Assistant is required to assist each Provider in providing quality care to patients. Ultimately, the Medical Assistant position is responsible for the overall comfort and care of the patient’s well being seen by their Provider. They will administer and directly assist with dermatological treatments and procedures as needed. They are also responsible for the proper charting of each office visit and will work directly with the Provider in the proper coding of each encounter.
