James F. Moscowitz, JD, CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an attorney (JD) with a Masters in Tax Law (LLM), as well as being a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA.)

He has extensive experience as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of companies in several fields including the medical and the insurance industries. These companies include D.T. Smith Companies, Inc., West Coast Center for Surgery, Sierra Home Services, Inc.and Wash Depot Auto Centers, Ltd. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Mission Hospital and as CFO of NeuroDPM, a surgical cost containment company. Jim is an advisor and CFO to major medical groups and multi-disciplinary practices including Tayani Institute, West Coast Center for Surgeries, LLC, Surgery Track, Inc. and Dermabare, Inc.
