We regret to inform you that your upcoming appointment has been canceled. Tayani Institute will no longer be contracted with Optum/CalOptima after July 31, 2025.

We are happy to see you before that date, but after July 31, you’ll need to schedule your care with Azul Vision at 949-335-7140. They have multiple locations and can assist with all your vision needs.
