Galina Lifanova-Kolev

Director of Nursing for WCCS.
Galina is responsible for the management of Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians and overall Ambulatory Surgery Center tasks, such as Risk and Quality Management, Infection Control, Pharmacy Services, Professional development, Intraoperative Services.
She is certified in Botox and Dermal filler Injections and, as such, Galina has joined the Aesthetic Nursing and DermaBare team as a novice Injector.
Galina joins us with an extensive background in Ophthalmology and Intraoperative Nursing, as well as Management of multiple Accredited ASC in Orange Country area. Her largest management achievement was to extend operations from one OR Single specialty center to four operating room multi-specialty centers with 390 cases per month in the Irvine area.
Galina loves visiting her hometown, St.Petersburg in Russia, where she manages VRBO properties and often takes adventurous trips to remote parts of the world for scuba diving. Galina also enjoys hiking and beach walking, as well as downhill skiing in winter.
She is a Certified Beachbody Instructor in Piyo (Pilates and Yoga) and SoulFusion, and provides instructions for a small group of friends.
Her other hobbies include listening to world literature in audiobooks, learning Spanish and visiting theater and live music concerts.
Her only child Anna Kolev has recently graduated with a software engineering degree and works in Irvine, California.
