About Dr. Tran
As a trusted professional Dr. Ann Tran has been practicing in Orange County, specifically in Laguna Woods and Mission Viejo, since 1998. She received her Bachelor in Science from the University of California, San Diego and her Doctorate in optometry from Southern California College of Optometry.
Dr. Tran received her specialty training and interned at the Las Vegas and West Los Angeles Veterans Hospitals and the prestigious Omni Eye in Denver, Colorado. She is therapeutically licensed to treat and diagnosis various eye disease, experienced in co-management of LASIK, Glaucoma, cataracts, and more.
Currently, Dr. Tran is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association, the Asian Optometric Society and the Orange County Society.
Additionally, she enjoys volunteering for domestic and international vision missions in Thailand, El Salvador, Mexico & Vietnam. Currently she is involved with the Vietnamese community and foundations such as One Sight, Illumination Foundation, and Girl Scouts of America.
Dr. Tran is experienced with the senior citizen population and has served the Laguna Woods community over a decade. Along with providing comprehensive vision and medical eye exams to families and special needs children, she takes pride in fitting extensive contact lenses to patients of all ages.
